What if you removed the "good" and "bad" labels. You know the lists I'm talking about. What if you erase "bad" and replace with "is". Now, it's not longer a terrible, looming, condemning thing. It simply is.
Will it be simpler to examine this thing that is you and decide what you'd like to do with it?
Will it afford you space to peel back the layers of feelings surrounding and maybe even causing it?
You can't know until you try.
So next time you notice yourself throwing something in the "bad" category try putting it in the "is" instead.
